☕️ A little healthy treat, perfect for your coffee or tea break: sweet cups made with slightly toasted oats, nuts, seeds, almond & peanut butter, and topped with a crunchy chocolate layer.
The sweetness comes from agave syrup or honey, and the very pleasant sapidity from a nice big pinch of salt.
☕️ Easy to make, even easier if you have a silicone muffin tray for speedy extrusion when you don’t want to wait too long for a bite of crunchy sweetness.
