Election of the “Italië Magazine Restaurant of the Year 2016”

Italië Magazine presents the sixth edition of the Italië Magazine Restaurant of the Year election. This year I’m part of the jury together with Paul van Eijndhoven, editor-in-chief of Italië Magazine,  Pieter J. Bogaers of  Culinary Close Encounters and Roberto Payer, General Manager of the Amsterdam Hilton hotel.
You can find the list of nominated restaurants on Italië Magazine’s site. We are already checking the vibe, the food and the wines in these restaurants (I know, it’s a tough job…) and after that we’ll  have to choose.
What really counts, though, is your vote! We’d really like to hear which restaurant in The Netherlands is YOUR favourite.
The winner will be determined by the readers’ votes and will be awarded the price in September, in the Hilton in Amsterdam.
