From home-made gluten-free pastas to delicious main courses, exciting vegetable dishes and yummy desserts, this menu lets you discover how easy it is to cook Italian in a “different” way and which products you can use to support your choice of a responsible and yet delicious life.

Learn how to make your own home-made stock cubes with just fresh vegetables, spices and salt and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil with herbs and spices! Plus the following dishes: bonbons with goat cheese, orange and herbs, vegetarian polpettone (“meat”-loaf) full of fresh herbs with vegan mayonaise, “spaghetti” made with carrot and courgette with a delicious avocado, fresh herbs and nuts pesto,  oven-baked stuffed portobellos, and not one but 3 desserts: a surprising “salami” made with raw cocoa, almonds and dates, a yummy “nice-cream” made with fruit and coconut and delicious raw, gluten-free and lactose free mini cheesecakes.

This workshop includes a goodie bag with home-made stock cubes and a jar of sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil.
